About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what really keeps a high-powered executive’s day running like clockwork? As our next Executive Assistant in Dubai’s buzzing Business Bay district, you won’t just be managing calendars—you’ll be orchestrating a seamless flow behind the scenes so our leadership team can focus on big-picture decisions. If you thrive on variety, deadline-driven days, and being the calm in the storm, you’ll find this role both challenging and deeply rewarding.

About the Company

At our core, we’re a dynamic, forward-thinking business right in the heart of Dubai’s commercial pulse. We blend the energy of a fast-growing company with the stability of an established player. Here, collaboration beats hierarchy. It’s common to find our CEO grabbing lunch with the team or jumping into a brainstorming session. Our office is a blend of focused ambition and genuine camaraderie—weekly team breakfasts are tradition, and everyone’s voice matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and maintaining the executive’s diary, setting up internal and external meetings (both in-person and virtual), and prioritizing shifting demands.
  • Managing inboxes and correspondence, fielding requests thoughtfully, and ensuring urgent matters get prompt attention.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials—sometimes with short notice or big stakes on the line.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between executives and a broad array of stakeholders—think colleagues across departments as well as clients and partners outside the company.
  • Organizing business travel, handling visa arrangements, accommodations, and those last-minute “can you just fix this?” moments.
  • Ensuring the executive office runs like a well-oiled machine, from managing expenses to anticipating daily needs.
  • Discreetly handling confidential information with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role (Bonus points for experience in a corporate, fast-paced environment).
  • Excellent organizational skills—you can juggle multiple deadlines and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Impeccable English communication skills (written, verbal, and the occasional diplomatic email).
  • Proven ability to keep confidential information exactly that—confidential.
  • Tech savvy, with strong skills in MS Office Suite and calendar/email management platforms.
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset, and you aren’t afraid to take initiative.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with cross-cultural teams or in an international company.
  • Arabic language skills or past professional experience in the UAE.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Two years’ residency sponsorship—giving you peace of mind from day one.
  • Comprehensive health insurance, so your well-being is never an afterthought.
  • Prime office location in Business Bay—close to great coffee shops and public transport.
  • Supportive, growth-focused leadership that actively encourages personal and professional development.
  • Friendly colleagues who believe work ought to be both productive and genuinely enjoyable.

We combine stability with the excitement of constant growth, and you’ll have a real hand in shaping how our leadership operates each day. If you’re searching for a role that keeps you learning and never feels routine, here’s your chance to make an impact in Dubai’s vibrant corporate scene.
