Salary: Negotiable

About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about leading fitout projects that help shape some of Dubai’s most dynamic spaces? We’re on the hunt for a Foreman who knows their way around painting, false ceilings, and partitions—someone eager to bring their experience to our ongoing multi-site projects across DSP, IMPZ, and Business Bay. If you’re ready to jump in, manage varied teams, and see real results from your hands-on work, you might find a great home here.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing construction and fitout specialist known for keeping our promises — to clients, and to our crews. Our team is a diverse, close-knit family, and if you stop by our site office on a Thursday afternoon, you’ll probably find us swapping stories (and snacks) after a big week. We’re proud of contributing to Dubai’s rapid development, and we genuinely value sharp eyes for detail, steady hands, and the ability to communicate across a team that’s as multi-lingual as the city itself.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising site activities for fitout works, including painting, false ceiling, and partition installations—every day brings something a little different.
  • Making sure work standards, safety practices, and deadlines are met (yes, even when things get busy).
  • Coordinating between project managers, skilled workers, and sub-contractors to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Conducting daily briefings and site walkthroughs to monitor progress and spot any issues before they become problems.
  • Reading, understanding, and sometimes sketching basic plans or amendments, and translating these into practical site instructions.
  • Solving on-site challenges with a clear head and a practical approach — sometimes that means rolling up your sleeves, too.
  • Liaising with suppliers or procurement teams to ensure materials arrive right when they're needed.
  • Driving between project sites (in your own car), often acting as the go-to person for both workers and clients.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in fitout or interior works—especially painting, ceilings, and partitions in the UAE.
  • UAE residency visa (it’s a must for our compliance).
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and access to your own car—you’ll need to be mobile between several sites.
  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English (clear communication really matters in our work).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and method statements.
  • Reliable, positive attitude—you know how to keep a crew motivated when deadlines get tight.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with both commercial and residential projects in Dubai.
  • Awareness of local construction safety regulations.
  • Tech-savvy enough to use WhatsApp, basic Excel, or project apps—no need to be a wizard.
  • Quick thinking, especially when something unexpected crops up on site.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive market salary with prompt payment—no chasing payroll.
  • Mileage and mobile allowance.
  • Flexible site-based work—no desk job monotony.
  • Supportive management who genuinely listen (nearly everyone started on the tools themselves).
  • Chance to work on landmark projects in some of Dubai’s most recognized areas.
  • Strong, collaborative team spirit; plenty of room to learn and grow as our company expands.
  • Site celebrations for project milestones, plus regular appreciation for a job well done.

We know that jumping to a new job takes more than just a paycheck—it’s about being respected, challenged, and valued. If you’re ready to be part of a team that believes in quality, comradery, and building something lasting, let’s talk.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk us through your experience supervising fitout or interior works, particularly with painting, ceilings, and partitions in the UAE?
  • How do you typically approach reading and interpreting construction drawings or method statements, and can you share a time this skill helped avoid a mistake on site?
  • When you’re coordinating between project managers, skilled workers, and subcontractors, what strategies do you use to keep everyone aligned and informed?
  • Have you ever needed to sketch or amend a plan on the fly? Describe how you communicated those changes to your crew.
  • What steps do you take to ensure all site activities are completed on schedule, especially when juggling deadlines across multiple locations?
  • Describe a situation where a material delivery was delayed or went wrong. How did you manage the impact on your team and timeline?
  • Tell us about a time you faced an unexpected challenge or conflict on site. How did you resolve it while maintaining team morale?
  • How do you ensure your crew follows safety protocols, particularly with Dubai’s regulations, when things get busy on site?
  • Our projects often have a mix of workers from different backgrounds. How do you ensure effective communication across a multi-lingual team?
  • Working independently between sites means being the go-to person for both workers and clients. How do you balance competing demands and maintain clear communication?
  • What motivates you when you’re dealing with tight deadlines or high-pressure situations, and how do you keep your crew motivated too?
  • How comfortable are you with using WhatsApp or basic Excel for site coordination and progress tracking? Are there any other tech tools you like to use?
  • We value reliability and a positive attitude. How would your past team members or managers describe your work approach and energy on site?
  • Thursday afternoons at our site office can get lively! What do you value most in terms of camaraderie and teamwork in a construction environment?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis
