About the Company
At our core, we’re a close-knit team of design enthusiasts who believe interiors should tell a story—yours, ours, and our clients’. We’ve made our mark in Dubai by crafting environments clients genuinely love coming home to (or working in!). Weekdays are lively, with impromptu sketch sessions and vibrant moodboard debates. What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, tastes, and project goals
- Creating original design concepts and visually compelling mood boards
- Selecting materials, color palettes, furniture, and lighting to achieve functional, harmonious spaces
- Working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure high quality implementation (and troubleshooting bumps in the process!)
- Drafting detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
- Overseeing site installations and making real-time onsite adjustments — because design happens beyond the desk
- Presenting your ideas and concepts confidently in client meetings
- Keeping up with the latest design trends, especially those unique to Dubai’s dynamic market
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience delivering full-cycle interior design projects (residential, retail, or hospitality all count!)
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail
- Strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus
- A knack for client communication, from understanding briefs to presenting concepts
- Ability to work onsite in Deira, Dubai as needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Vocational or degree qualification in Interior Design (or related field)
- Familiarity with local suppliers and Dubai’s interior design style trends
- Multilingual abilities—Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu can be handy with our clientele
