What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring everyone feels comfortable from the moment they step in
  • Answering phone calls, transferring lines, and handling inquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointments and maintaining visitor logs with attention to detail
  • Offering general administrative support to colleagues—think scanning, printing, and basic office coordination
  • Keeping the reception area neat, tidy, and presentable throughout the day
  • Handling deliveries, incoming mail, and occasionally lending a hand with small office errands
  • Becoming a go-to source of information for internal teams and external guests alike
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks when things get busy (because, let’s face it, they do!)
