What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage and guide prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, answering questions and offering honest advice
- Coordinate and lead property tours using a company-provided vehicle
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and deals using company-provided software
- Build rapport with clients—sometimes it’s a quick call, other times it takes a few tries (persistence wins here)
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective follow-up strategies
- Leverage sponsored advertisements to reach new clients and expand your network
- Stay informed about Ajman’s latest property listings, trends, and regulations
- Attend regular team catch-ups to share insights, strategies, and, occasionally, a pizza
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in sales (real estate experience? That’s a plus!)
- Transferable residency visa (must-have for compliance)
- Currently residing in Ajman
- Comfortable with computers—email, CRM tools, spreadsheets, you name it
- Valid driver’s license (to make those showings easy)
