About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself in an office where the first smile you meet makes all the difference? At Al-Muhfaz Contracting LLC, we’re looking for a Secretary/Receptionist to be that all-important first impression—someone who can balance professionalism with warmth, keep our records running like clockwork, and perhaps even have your favorite type of tea at the ready (you’d be surprised how much that matters around here). If you enjoy variety in your day and take pride in keeping things organized, you might be just the person our growing Dubai office needs.
About the Company

Our office blends the focus needed for big builds with a culture that values collaboration, respect, and a bit of banter when the situation calls for it. Fridays? You’ll probably find us sharing sweets and stories after the demo huddle. We’ve grown steadily over the years but still treat each new face like family.

- Assisting with scheduling, office supply monitoring, and occasional team support tasks
- Lending a hand wherever needed—after all, teamwork is our foundation
