What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
- Entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems — accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks: filing, photocopying, managing documents, and keeping things running smoothly.
- Liaising with team members and external contacts as needed, making sure everyone gets the information or support they require.
- Assisting visitors to the office and helping new team members settle in.
- Jumping in to help with other tasks around the office — we value flexibility and teamwork.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Comfortable with basic English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Good computer skills — able to use email, spreadsheets, and basic data entry tools confidently.
- Strong attention to detail; you spot mistakes others might miss.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a proactive attitude.
- Currently residing within Dubai or the wider UAE, and available to join immediately.
