What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling data entry tasks — everything from inventory records to shipment details — with accuracy and an eagle eye for errors.
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative support, like filing, printing, and updating internal spreadsheets.
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure records (stock, delivery, and orders) are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Answering phone calls and emails related to supplier and customer inquiries, aiming for efficient communication every time.
  • Supporting the team with document preparation, including invoices and basic reports — no two days are quite the same!

What You’ll Bring

  • At least one year of experience in admin, data entry, or a similar support role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting).
  • Solid command of basic computer tools — Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), simple data management, and email.
  • Strong attention to detail — you double-check your entries and spot inconsistencies fast.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently at times, and collaborate well during busy spells.
