About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever considered what it’s like to keep the pulse of a bustling office in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay? Whether you thrive checking off to-dos as an Office Assistant or orchestrating the daily flow as an Office Manager, your skills could be essential to our evolving team. With fresh opportunities in our Corporate Administration sector, we’re looking for adaptable, resourceful individuals excited by the rhythm of modern business life. If you’re ready to take the next step in your administrative career, this just might be your moment.

About the Company

Welcome to an organization where no two days look alike. We’re a rapidly growing team nestled in Business Bay — Dubai’s vibrant business district, surrounded by ambition and energy. Here, we value initiative and real collaboration; someone’s always ready to solve a puzzle with you, whether it’s a tricky calendar clash or a group order for our legendary Thursday lunches. Our leadership is hands-on, approachable, and genuinely invested in creating a culture that balances professionalism with fun (don’t be surprised if you’re roped into a quick game of table football between meetings).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing a warm, efficient front-line welcome for all visitors and clients (and yes, remembering how everyone likes their coffee is highly appreciated)
  • Handling a mix of administrative tasks: filing, document preparation, supply orders, and tracking office expenses with hawk-like precision
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and travel logistics for management and teams
  • Supporting HR with onboarding, residency processes, and employee records (every detail counts, especially in Dubai)
  • Organizing office events, meetings, and occasional team celebrations — balloons optional, good vibes mandatory
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to solve day-to-day challenges and keep things running smoothly
  • Assisting with internal communications — from sharing policy updates to passing along important announcements

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience working in an office-based administrative or coordination role in the UAE
  • Currently residing inside the UAE (applications from outside aren’t possible at this time)
  • Confident communicator in English; additional languages always a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail — nothing escapes you
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, printers, and general office tech (bonus points if you can rescue a jammed photocopier)
  • Flexible, positive attitude and a knack for juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa, or residency procedures
  • Familiarity with team management or leadership for those eyeing the Office Manager track
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (think Google Workspace or Slack)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary packages, with AED 4,000 – 8,000 depending on your experience and whether you join as an Assistant or Manager
  • Two-year residency visa provided (no more paperwork stress)
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage
  • Housing and transportation support, making city life that bit easier
  • A bright, diverse team where your ideas really matter — not just “another number”
  • Regular team gatherings and learning sessions, from professional workshops to casual catch-ups
  • Beautiful Business Bay location, right at the center of the action

We know that the best work happens when you feel valued and supported. If you’re ready for your next career adventure in one of Dubai’s most dynamic districts, let’s talk.
