What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting day-to-day office operations, from document handling to organizing files (and yes, you’ll get plenty of steps in).
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries — you’ll know what’s coming and going before anyone else.
  • Keeping the office neat, tidy, and welcoming, whether that means prepping meeting rooms or topping up supplies.
  • Assisting staff and guests with any ad hoc needs, showing off your flexibility and friendly problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinating basic errands, such as bank drops or supply pick-ups, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Helping the admin team with routine clerical tasks — think making photocopies, arranging documents, and simple data entry.
  • Lending a hand wherever needed to ensure the office remains a positive, productive space.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least one year of experience in an admin, office assistant, or office boy/tea boy role
  • Currently based in the UAE and able to start soon
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, and that sometimes-stubborn coffee machine)
  • Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy attitude — someone colleagues can count on
  • Willingness to pitch in, even when the job changes course mid-day
  • Able to communicate in English (and other languages welcome!)
