What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring the front office environment is inviting and well-organized
- Answering phone calls and managing email inquiries from customers in a friendly, efficient manner
- Coordinating car rental bookings, preparing contracts, and following up on document requirements
- Keeping digital records updated and assisting with data entry and filing
- Communicating with internal teams to confirm vehicle availability and coordinate schedules
- Supporting the team with day-to-day office duties — from ordering supplies to assisting with small events and meetings
- Helping resolve customer requests or concerns with professionalism and a helpful attitude
