What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring the front office environment is inviting and well-organized
  • Answering phone calls and managing email inquiries from customers in a friendly, efficient manner
  • Coordinating car rental bookings, preparing contracts, and following up on document requirements
  • Keeping digital records updated and assisting with data entry and filing
  • Communicating with internal teams to confirm vehicle availability and coordinate schedules
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day office duties — from ordering supplies to assisting with small events and meetings
  • Helping resolve customer requests or concerns with professionalism and a helpful attitude
