About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever wondered what keeps a busy Dubai office running smoothly behind the scenes? Our growing recruitment agency in Deira is looking to add new energy to our administrative team—and yes, that’s where you come in. If you thrive on organization, quick thinking, and being the go-to person when a challenge pops up, consider this your next career move. At a time when businesses in Dubai rely ever more on strong, adaptable office staff, this could be the perfect moment to step up.

About the Company

We’re a recruitment firm with deep roots in the Deira community—think of us as the team behind the scenes, connecting talented people (like you) with businesses that are genuinely looking for a good fit, not just another CV. You’ll notice our office humming with a friendly, multicultural vibe—a spot where sharing an afternoon karak is as important as making sure the meeting room’s ready on time. We’re proud of the small team feel, but the work is real: fast-paced, sometimes a little unpredictable, and never boring.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting clients and visitors, making each person feel genuinely welcome
  • Managing schedules and calendars for managers and the wider office team
  • Handling day-to-day correspondence—including emails, phone calls, and mail—always with professionalism and care
  • Keeping up-to-date records (think: filing, data entry, and managing digital documents with accuracy)
  • Assisting in organizing meetings, preparing rooms, and circulating agendas
  • Supporting management with ad-hoc tasks—whether it’s booking travel, printing reports, or arranging team lunches
  • Coordinating with team members and outside partners to keep projects moving forward

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Currently based in the UAE (essential due to start dates and local knowledge)
  • Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus but not required
  • Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, friendly communication style—phone, email, or in person
  • Competency with standard office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office assistant position

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working in recruitment, HR, or similar service sectors
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools or CRM systems

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Friendly, welcoming office with a diverse, supportive team (no stuffy corporate vibes)
  • Centrally located in Deira—easy access whether you’re on the Metro or by car
  • Clear paths for professional growth, especially if you’re interested in HR or recruitment
  • Regular team lunches and informal get-togethers (karaoke night last month was a hit)
  • Paid annual leave, public holidays, and fair working hours
  • Hybrid work options after the first six months (for most roles)
  • Please note: This recruitment company applies a job application fee

If you value personal growth, a close-knit team, and the chance to see your work make a real impact, you’ll fit right in here. We’re excited to meet someone who shares our commitment to great service—and who wants to help build something special in the heart of Dubai.
