What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients and visitors, making each person feel genuinely welcome
- Managing schedules and calendars for managers and the wider office team
- Handling day-to-day correspondence—including emails, phone calls, and mail—always with professionalism and care
- Keeping up-to-date records (think: filing, data entry, and managing digital documents with accuracy)
- Assisting in organizing meetings, preparing rooms, and circulating agendas
- Supporting management with ad-hoc tasks—whether it’s booking travel, printing reports, or arranging team lunches
- Coordinating with team members and outside partners to keep projects moving forward
What You’ll Bring
