About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps an ambitious Dubai office running smoothly? Here’s your chance to find out. We’re looking for a talented Administrative professional ready to jump into a multifaceted role — the type of person who thrives on spinning multiple plates and isn’t afraid to brighten up the office with their organizational magic. If you’re seeking more than just a desk job, and want to be the heartbeat of a dynamic workplace, read on.
About the Company
We’re a growing, UAE-based team who believes in the art of getting things done — and done well. Picture a workday where no two mornings ever feel alike, with colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating (and sharing the occasional Arabic coffee break). You’ll find that we balance ambition with appreciation: birthdays get remembered, successes get noticed, and fresh ideas are always welcome, no matter your title. Here, everyone counts — and every detail does, too.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls — your warm welcome sets the tone for our office.
- Keeping schedules tidy and on track, from complex calendar juggling to timely meeting reminders.
- Maintaining organized records, files, and confidential documents (you’re the vault everyone trusts).
- Coordinating office supplies and making sure the team has what they need before they even realize it.
- Supporting internal communications with clear, professional emails and memos — in both English and Arabic.
- Handling diverse administrative requests, from handling correspondence to helping with event organization.
- Pitching in on whatever helps the office run more smoothly, whether that’s updating company spreadsheets or arranging the next team lunch order.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Arabic nationality, with a deep familiarity with UAE culture and workplace norms.
- Fluent English proficiency — both spoken and written (you’ll be switching between languages often).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to think ahead.
- A professional, approachable demeanor with a knack for multitasking.
- High attention to detail and a love for tidy systems.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Comfortable with office technology (Microsoft Office, printers, scanner…you get the idea).
- A sense of initiative — seeing what needs doing before being asked.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- AED 3,500 monthly salary (with prompt, reliable paydays).
- Welcoming, multicultural office environment in the heart of Dubai.
- Opportunities to grow within a team that values your initiative.
- Supportive management — your contributions and feedback are truly valued.
- Occasional social events and team activities (because we all need a little fun on the calendar).
- A role you can truly make your own, with space to suggest improvements and shape the workday.
If you’re looking for a stable role with friendly people and a dash of variety, this is the place. We can’t wait to meet the person who’ll keep us organized — and smiling — every day.
