What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls — your warm welcome sets the tone for our office.
  • Keeping schedules tidy and on track, from complex calendar juggling to timely meeting reminders.
  • Maintaining organized records, files, and confidential documents (you’re the vault everyone trusts).
  • Coordinating office supplies and making sure the team has what they need before they even realize it.
  • Supporting internal communications with clear, professional emails and memos — in both English and Arabic.
  • Handling diverse administrative requests, from handling correspondence to helping with event organization.
  • Pitching in on whatever helps the office run more smoothly, whether that’s updating company spreadsheets or arranging the next team lunch order.
