What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Admin Assistant
- Coordinate day-to-day office activities, ensuring that documents and files are organized and accessible when needed.
- Support management with scheduling, meeting preparations, and communication across various departments.
- Maintain office supplies and keep the workspace presentable and functional.
Document Controller
- Receive, log, and distribute documents related to shipments, warehouse receipts, and compliance records.
- Maintain accurate tracking of paperwork—physical and digital—so nothing gets lost in transit.
- Assist with audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries from management or regulatory authorities.
Office Boy
- Keep office areas tidy and well-stocked, supporting smooth operations for the whole team.
- Assist with refreshments, simple errands around the warehouse, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Offer hands-on help with day-to-day needs—if you spot something that needs doing, you jump right in.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- At least one year of experience in the same field (admin, document control, or office support), ideally within warehouse or logistics environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for keeping things organized, even when the pace picks up.
- Willingness to work as part of a multicultural team and to take initiative when needed.
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must already be based in the UAE and available for direct hiring.
