What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily administrative operations—think appointment schedules, records management, and patient communications
- Supporting the front-desk and reception staff, ensuring patients feel welcomed and well cared for
- Handling incoming phone calls and messages with patience and professionalism
- Assisting with staff rosters, attendance tracking, and shift changes as needed
- Keeping an eagle eye on office supplies and making sure nothing essential ever runs out
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and happy patients
- Taking care of some basic paperwork—contracts, files, and other essentials—while learning our established processes
- Pitching in wherever needed; teamwork is big here, and we love a can-do attitude
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (this is a requirement)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus, but not required)
- A genuine willingness to learn new tasks and adapt quickly
- Professional, respectful approach—whether dealing with a patient or a colleague
- Keen attention to detail, especially when it comes to handling important documents
Nice-to-Haves:
- Any previous experience in admin or healthcare environments (but it’s okay if this is your first role)
