What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating closely with senior architects to develop design concepts that reflect both the client’s vision and the realities of Dubai’s regulatory environment
- Producing detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations to bring your ideas—and the team’s—to life
- Conducting site visits and liaising with contractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and specifications are met
- Researching materials, technologies, and sustainability solutions suitable for the local climate
- Participating in client meetings and communicating design rationale with clarity and enthusiasm
- Balancing multiple project timelines and adapting to shifting priorities as new challenges arise
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of professional architectural experience—ideally with projects based in the UAE
- Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and either Revit or a similar 3D modeling tool
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, multicultural team
- Detail orientation and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations
- Prior exposure to sustainable design practices
- Experience presenting to clients or project stakeholders
