What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting customers in identifying and selecting the correct spare parts for American, Korean, and Japanese vehicles.
- Using your knowledge of inventory to recommend alternatives or solutions when the exact part isn’t in stock.
- Building genuine relationships with regular trade customers and new faces alike — a friendly attitude goes a long way.
- Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth transactions.
- Staying updated on the latest product catalogs and market trends, so you’re always one step ahead in sourcing.
- Handling customer queries and resolving occasional complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintaining organized records of transactions and orders.
- Supporting periodic store audits and continuous improvement efforts.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in the automotive spare parts industry, with exposure to American, Korean, and Japanese brands.
- Strong understanding of part numbers, fitment, and compatibility across various makes and models.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (English a must; additional Asian languages a big plus).
- Ability to handle fast-paced days and multitask efficiently, without losing sight of the details.
- Reliable and self-motivated, with a genuine interest in the automotive sector.
Nice-to-Haves
