What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, your day might look a little different — but every job here plays a vital part in our guests’ experience:
- Waiter/Waitress:
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and guide them through our menu with confidence.
- Take and serve orders efficiently, making sure every detail is spot on.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle feedback with professionalism.
- Help keep the dining area clean and welcoming — teamwork is key!
- Barista:
- Craft specialty coffees and beverages to order, with attention to presentation and consistency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the barista station.
- Share coffee insights with curious guests (we love a good coffee chat).
- Kitchen Helper:
- Support chefs with prep work, ingredient stocking, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
- Ensure all hygiene and safety standards are met — every shift, no exceptions.
- Pizza Chef:
- Handcraft pizzas from scratch, from dough stretching to final bake.
- Experiment with new toppings and techniques — creativity is encouraged!
- Dessert Chef:
- Prepare and plate a variety of desserts, balancing taste and presentation.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a similar restaurant role (even a little goes a long way).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
