A prestigious 5-star hotel nestled on the iconic Palm Jumeirah is urgently expanding its team, hiring for Cooks, Commis Chefs, Waiters/Waitresses, and Bell Boys. With immediate start dates and competitive salaries, this is your chance to join an international hospitality hub renowned for exceptional guest experiences.

About the Hotel & Our Team

This isn’t just another hotel—think seaside elegance meets cosmopolitan flair. Our property is a destination all its own, attracting guests from all over the world. Teamwork here isn’t just a buzzword; it’s our daily fuel. You’ll find us swapping stories over staff meals or taking pride in our legendary guest service. And yes, we may pull off the occasional impromptu dance when the kitchen closes on a high note.

Our team is a vibrant mosaic of talents and backgrounds. Whether you’re striking up a conversation with a guest in the lobby or plating up a dish that’ll be Instagrammed a thousand times, your work has real impact. Here, every role matters, and every day brings something new.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your position, you’ll play a unique role in delivering our signature hospitality. Here’s a taste of what you could be doing:

  • Crafting and preparing mouthwatering dishes in our state-of-the-art kitchen as a Cook or Commis Chef—always with an eye for both flavor and presentation
  • Assisting senior chefs and learning from international culinary experts to boost your career
  • Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism as a Waiter/Waitress, recommending menu items, and ensuring each meal is unforgettable
  • Managing check-ins and luggage with the utmost care as a Bell Boy—often giving guests their very first impression of our hotel
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, whether you’re on the floor or behind the scenes
  • Collaborating with teammates to solve problems, celebrate wins, and make each shift memorable

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous hospitality experience in a similar 4- or 5-star hotel, OR a strong passion and drive to learn on the job
  • Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Presentable appearance and a professional, welcoming attitude
  • Currently residing within the UAE and available for an immediate start

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Specialized culinary skills or experience with international cuisine (for Cook/Commis Chef roles)
  • Familiarity with POS systems or guest service software (for Waiter/Waitress roles)
  • A genuine smile that brightens up the room—bonus points for knowing your way around The Palm

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (AED 2,500–5,000, based on your role and experience)
  • Company-provided accommodation—no need to hunt for housing in Dubai
  • Staff meals during every shift
  • Visa and medical insurance handled for you
  • Dynamic, international team—learn new skills, make friends from around the world
  • Immediate start gives you the chance to jump right into a thriving, supportive environment

We believe in creating opportunities for growth and connection. If you’re ready to be part of something special on world-famous Palm Jumeirah, we can’t wait to welcome you.
