What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with a smile (and maybe remembering their go-to order)
- Taking drink orders and preparing coffee exactly as our guests like it
- Keeping the workspace tidy and well-stocked throughout your shift
- Learning and maintaining our café’s standards for quality and presentation
- Stepping in to help teammates when things get busy—that’s just the way we are
- Handling cash and card transactions with care and accuracy
- Sharing feedback and ideas to make our shop even better
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Good communication skills—it’s not all about coffee; it’s about people
- Friendly, approachable attitude (we mean it—team spirit matters here)
- A transferable visa (sponsorship must be transferable)
- Eligible nationality: African or Filipino
- Basic experience making coffee, or a strong willingness to learn
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality
- Comfort handling point-of-sale systems
- A knack for small talk (or latte art!) is always a bonus
