What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all daily operations of the beauty salon, ensuring a smooth, luxurious experience for every guest
- Leading and motivating a diverse team of stylists, makeup artists, nail techs, and skincare pros — coaching, scheduling, and nurturing a positive work environment
- Managing appointment bookings and always keeping an eye out for opportunities to elevate customer service
- Collaborating with owners to design creative marketing campaigns and promotions (your ideas will make a difference!)
- Monitoring inventory levels, researching new products, and ordering what’s needed to keep us running at our best
- Setting and upholding rigorous hygiene and quality standards (we’re all about safe, spotless beauty)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience managing (or supervising) a salon, spa, or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and people skills — you know how to rally a team and resolve challenges with tact
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a sharp eye for detail
