About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself energized by a team that clicks, a project that runs smoothly, and the satisfaction of seeing a job well done? If you’re an experienced, bilingual Foreman ready to take the lead on property maintenance projects in Sharjah, we’d love to meet you. This isn’t just another site supervisor role — it’s a chance to bring your expertise to a growing company where your skills and leadership can make a real impact every single day.
About the Company
Picture a team that cares — not just about the properties we maintain, but about each other’s growth and well-being. Based right in the heart of Sharjah’s Al Nabba Street at the Al Mubarak Center, we’re a close-knit group dedicated to raising the bar in property facility management. Fridays might mean a quick catch-up over karak, and birthdays never go unnoticed. We’re expanding, and we want people who don’t just clock in, but genuinely care about leaving things better than they found them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a diverse on-site team through daily maintenance and repair tasks for multiple property sites.
- Coordinating with technicians, subcontractors, and property managers to ensure smooth, safe operations.
- Inspecting facilities, diagnosing issues, and prioritizing maintenance needs with a sharp eye for detail.
- Overseeing scheduling and allocation of tasks, making sure deadlines are realistic and met.
- Ensuring all work complies with local safety standards, codes, and company quality benchmarks.
- Serving as the on-the-ground point of contact for clients, handling concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
- Keeping clear records of maintenance activities and reporting progress regularly to management.
- Occasionally rolling up your sleeves to lend a hand — because you know nothing builds respect like leading by example.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in property maintenance, specifically in Sharjah or the wider UAE.

- Problem-solving mindset — quick on your feet when things don’t go as planned.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with digital maintenance management systems.
- Technical certifications relevant to facility management.
- A sense of humor and a steady hand under pressure.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
