As our new Business Development Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to blend creativity with commercial savvy—right from the heart of Business Bay. If connecting with clients, building teams, and shaping stunning spaces gets you excited, this might just be that career move you’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

We’re a dynamic interior design and execution studio with a finger on the pulse of Dubai’s fast-evolving aesthetic landscape. Our office, nestled in Business Bay, thrives on a blend of innovation, collaboration, and just a bit of healthy competition (our team takes coffee tastings very seriously). We believe in empowering each other to push creative and professional boundaries, and we celebrate a job well done—whether it’s a breathtaking client reveal or a Friday potluck success.

Our projects range from chic commercial fitouts to luxurious residential transformations, and while we love beautiful spaces, it’s our people who make the difference. Every voice matters, from junior designer to managing director.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategizing and executing business development plans that expand our client base and strengthen our market positioning
  • Building, mentoring, and motivating a small but mighty team focused on client acquisition and relationship management
  • Leveraging your established network to open doors with developers, architects, consultants, and end users
  • Remaining up-to-date on design trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to adapt strategies proactively
  • Leading client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalizations—often setting the tone for long-term partnerships
  • Collaborating closely with our passionate design and execution teams to ensure promises made to clients are promises kept
  • Streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency and team satisfaction
  • Attending industry events and representing the company at key networking opportunities

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A university degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience within the UAE interior design industry
  • Deep understanding of the local market and current trends
  • An expansive personal network—think developers, architects, consultants, and clients who take your call
  • Demonstrated team management and leadership abilities
  • Stellar communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational sense, with the ability to juggle priorities and deadlines

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience growing an early-stage or fast-growing design business
  • Existing relationships with suppliers or contractors
  • Familiarity with CRM and business development tools
  • A flair for creative pitch presentations

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses
  • A vibrant, centrally-located workspace in Business Bay (with water views!)
  • Hybrid work flexibility—because everyone deserves balance
  • Regular team lunches, brainstorming afternoons, and the occasional friendly design debate
  • Direct involvement with some of the region’s most exciting commercial and residential projects
  • Real growth potential: as we expand, so can your career
  • Supportive leadership that values new ideas and individual initiative

You’ll join a tight-knit team with a shared passion for beautiful spaces and bold business moves. Here, your vision and energy will help craft not only our company’s future, but the very skyline of Dubai.
