What You’ll Be Doing
Hot Kitchen Chefs / Seafood Chefs
- Preparing and presenting dishes with precision, from classic grills to signature seafood specialties.
- Collaborating daily with a diverse kitchen team to ensure every plate is up to our standards (and yours).
- Bringing ideas for new menu items to life, especially if you’re passionate about flavors that surprise.
Pastry Chefs / Dessert Chefs
- Creating pastries and confections that look as stunning as they taste, from flaky croissants to elegant plated desserts.
- Experimenting with seasonal ingredients and always striving for that “wow” factor when desserts hit the table.
Baristas
- Mastering espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees, while making customers feel right at home.
- Keeping the bar neat, stocked, and lively—because nobody likes a queue when they need their caffeine fix!
Waiters / Waitresses
- Delivering warm, attentive service with a dash of personality—recommendations and personal touches included.
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to make sure every guest leaves happy (and hopefully, raving online).
Kitchen Assistants / Assistant Chefs
- Supporting chefs with prep, plating, and keeping the kitchen humming along smoothly—there’s no small role here.
- Always learning, always pitching in, and never afraid to roll up your sleeves during a rush.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Experience in a similar role (even if it’s just a few months for entry-level positions)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts—busy weekends and holidays are part of the fun!
- Strong teamwork mentality and a friendly approach (we hire for attitude as much as skill)
- English communication skills (extra languages are a plus, especially for front-of-house)
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience at a busy restaurant, hotel, or resort
- For chefs: a creative streak and an eye for detail when it comes to plating
- For baristas: latte art skills or knowledge of premium single origins
- For wait staff: experience with point-of-sale systems or basic wine knowledge
