About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself working in one of Dubai Marina’s most sought-after luxury restaurants — where the city’s glittering skyline meets world-class cuisine? Whether your talents lie in the kitchen or on the restaurant floor, this is your invitation to bring your passion for hospitality to a vibrant team. We’re currently seeking dedicated professionals for several roles: Chef, Commis Chef, Waiter/Waitress, and Barista. If you’re after more than just a job — if you dream of hospitality that’s as memorable as the views outside our windows — let’s talk.

About the Company

Step inside and you’ll find not just a restaurant, but a close-knit crew that thrives under the city’s bright lights. Here, service isn’t just an act — it’s an experience curated for each guest, blending the artistry of fine dining with heartfelt attention to detail. Our team is a blend of seasoned experts and rising stars, where ideas are shared freely and successes are celebrated around the chef’s table as often as on the floor. Getting to work in Dubai Marina ensures fast-paced days, a cosmopolitan clientele, and plenty of stories to bring home (plus, let’s be honest, the views themselves are worth showing up for).

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Chef (AED4000–AED6000):

  • Craft signature dishes and elevate classic recipes with a creative, modern twist.
  • Guide kitchen staff, ensuring every plate meets our gold-standard for flavor and presentation.
  • Oversee inventory and maintain a spotless, safe workspace — the kitchen is your domain.

As a Commis Chef (AED2500–AED3000):

  • Support the culinary team in prepping, cooking, and plating — every step matters.
  • Keep ingredients fresh and stations organized — a keen eye for detail is a must.
  • Learn new techniques and contribute your own flair to the daily menu.

As a Waiter/Waitress (AED2000–AED2500):

  • Offer warm, genuine table service that makes every guest feel like a VIP (because they are).
  • Know our menu inside and out, from rare ingredients to wine pairings.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure the dining experience is seamless, start to finish.

As a Barista (AED2300–AED2800):

  • Prepare a range of artisan coffees and beverages — latte art skills not required, but a nice bonus!
  • Chat with guests to recommend drinks and share stories behind our blends.
  • Maintain a tidy bar and help with light service when needed; hospitality is a team sport here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Prior experience in a similar luxury or high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service and teamwork, whether you’re in the kitchen or front of house.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude — we’re in this together.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to new routines.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of international cuisines or specialty coffee (depending on role).
  • Additional language skills — Dubai’s a global city, and so are our guests.
  • Creativity, humor, or a story worth sharing on a busy shift (we love a bit of personality).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Accommodation and meals provided — so you can focus on what you do best.
  • Experience Dubai Marina: upscale clientele, sweeping views, and a front-row seat to the city’s best.
  • A supportive team culture where mentorship and camaraderie matter.
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and grow your career in hospitality.
  • Celebrate wins and milestones together, from busy weekends to surprising a guest with something special.

From sunrise to late nights, this is a place where ambition meets hospitality. If you’re ready to bring your energy and expertise to our table, you’ll fit right in.

Please note: This opportunity is handled by a recruitment company that applies a job application fee. Full details provided during application process.

Common Interview Questions and Tips
