What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the designated, Dubai Municipal-approved Civil or Architectural Engineer for official classification purposes on our firm’s license and registrations.
- Coordinate with our team to ensure documentation is always up to date and compliant with local laws.
- Communicate (as needed) with regulatory authorities to provide or renew necessary evidence of your qualifications and approvals.
- Support the company’s ability to tender for new projects and maintain existing contracts by standing as our registered professional.
- Advise on technical specifications or requirements related to your classification area, if regulatory questions arise.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Currently approved by Dubai Municipality and the Society of Engineers, or willing and able to obtain this approval within three weeks.
- Willingness to allow your professional status to be used for licensing/classification purposes (no project management or site work).
- Valid passport and eligibility to obtain UAE residence visa.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience as a licensing/classification engineer with other Emirates or companies.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s regulatory frameworks in real estate and construction.
