About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself walking past a striking new villa in Abu Dhabi and wondered, “Who was the mastermind behind that structure?” If you see a blueprint and immediately start visualizing shovels in the ground and cranes in action, you might just be who we're looking for. We're on the hunt for an experienced Civil Engineer ready to leave their mark on a city that never stops building. If bringing ambitious residential projects to life makes your heart beat a little faster, this could be the role for you.
About the Company
We’re a locally rooted, steadily growing construction firm renowned for our hands-on approach and meticulous quality. Our team combines the precision of seasoned professionals with the curiosity of lifelong learners — there’s always room for your ideas here, whether it’s around the conference table or over coffee on-site. We take pride in the portfolios we help our engineers build, just as much as the buildings themselves. You’ll find us celebrating project milestones together (often with a big tray of local sweets) and always backing each other up in the field.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of on-site supervision for residential villas and multi-story buildings, keeping an eagle eye on progress.
- Translating structural and architectural drawings into practical, precise execution (down to the last rebar).
- Acting as the site’s go-to problem solver for daily challenges — from unexpected design tweaks to last-minute supply hiccups.
- Leading and motivating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver on time without cutting corners.
- Coordinating closely with project managers and architects to ensure the vision matches the reality on-site.
- Ensuring every stage of construction aligns not just with approved drawings, but with local UAE regulations and best practices.
- Regularly reporting progress, obstacles, and safety matters in clear, actionable terms.
- Upholding a culture of safety, quality, and accountability — it all starts with you.

- Readiness to problem-solve quickly, prioritize safety, and keep projects on track.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with both new builds and renovations.
- Familiarity with digital site management tools and project tracking software.
