What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site activities to ensure work matches design specs and safety standards
- Conducting quantity estimations, material take-offs, and keeping a laser focus on project budgets
- Preparing, organizing, and submitting detailed project documentation and reports for internal reviews and authority approvals
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants to keep everyone (and everything) on track
- Navigating the maze of UAE codes and authority requirements — and helping to streamline approvals
- Drafting and revising site layouts, working drawings, and as-builts using AutoCAD
- Using MS Office tools to track progress, report issues, and communicate updates to the larger team
- Tackling unexpected site challenges with a creative, pragmatic mindset
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of hands-on Civil Engineering experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi projects are a big plus)
- Strong skills in site supervision, project documentation, and quantity estimation
- Solid grasp of UAE standards, local authority procedures, and approval workflows
- Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Ability to join immediately in Abu Dhabi
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior work managing authority submissions and gaining quick approvals
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
