What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily site operations and execution of G 1 classified projects, ensuring work adheres to plans, safety standards, and deadlines.
- Coordinate and communicate closely with subcontractors and suppliers — keeping things moving smoothly (and sometimes racing to meet those last-minute requests).
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications, addressing any on-site surprises with practical solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections, prepare progress reports, and flag potential issues before they become headaches.
- Travel to various active project locations within Dubai as needed — your valid UAE driving license will get plenty of use.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients, ensuring everyone stays on the same page from start to finish.
- Support with documentation, permits, and compliance checks to keep projects running by the book.

- 2–5 years of civil engineering experience specifically within the UAE.
- Hands-on expertise with G 1 project execution.
