What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate and detailed quotations for a range of construction projects — your attention to detail will set us apart.
- Developing and managing end-to-end project schedules, making sure milestones are met (and teams stay sane).
- Handling tender submissions with an eye for compliance and competitiveness.
- Liaising closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and clarity at every step.
- Staying up to speed with Dubai Municipality’s procedures, regulations, and paperwork — you’ll be the go-to resource for navigating these.
- Contributing to cost projections and regular financial updates as projects progress.
- Adapting to occasional curveballs — whether that means supporting procurement plans or helping troubleshoot on-site challenges.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer (but if you’re close and confident, don’t let the number hold you back).
- Clear experience in preparing quotations and handling end-to-end tenders.
- Proven ability to develop and monitor detailed project schedules.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and submission protocols.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with digital estimation software or modern project management tools.
- Previous work on both commercial and residential projects in Dubai.
- Fluency in Arabic (not required, but always a bonus).
