About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to see a project come together — from the first takeoff to the final sign-off? As a Quantity Surveyor Engineer with us, you’ll do just that. You’ll combine your knack for numbers with your practical know-how, helping us deliver exceptional results on every build. If your ideal day bounces between crunching competitive tenders and collaborating with driven teams, then this role might just be the perfect next chapter in your career.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit crew of engineers, planners, and visionaries based in the hub of Dubai’s ever-changing skyline. Growth here is more than a catchphrase — it’s in our DNA, whether we’re onboarding the latest project management software or celebrating a successful handover with after-work mocktails. You’ll find that we value transparency, practical solutions, and the unique contributions each person brings to the table (or lunch break). Our projects span commercial and residential developments, so every day feels a little bit different.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing accurate and detailed quotations for a range of construction projects — your attention to detail will set us apart.
  • Developing and managing end-to-end project schedules, making sure milestones are met (and teams stay sane).
  • Handling tender submissions with an eye for compliance and competitiveness.
  • Liaising closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and clarity at every step.
  • Staying up to speed with Dubai Municipality’s procedures, regulations, and paperwork — you’ll be the go-to resource for navigating these.
  • Contributing to cost projections and regular financial updates as projects progress.
  • Adapting to occasional curveballs — whether that means supporting procurement plans or helping troubleshoot on-site challenges.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer (but if you’re close and confident, don’t let the number hold you back).
  • Clear experience in preparing quotations and handling end-to-end tenders.
  • Proven ability to develop and monitor detailed project schedules.
  • Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and submission protocols.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with digital estimation software or modern project management tools.
  • Previous work on both commercial and residential projects in Dubai.
  • Fluency in Arabic (not required, but always a bonus).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and clear pathways for advancement as our company grows.
  • Flexible working options — our team thrives both in our modern office and remotely.
  • Support for professional development, from mentorship to certifications.
  • Collaborative, inclusive workplace culture with regular team socials (we take our Friday team lunches seriously).
  • Exposure to landmark projects where your impact shows up on Dubai’s skyline.
  • Comprehensive health insurance and paid time off, so you can truly recharge.

You’ll find that we’re big believers in work-life balance and building careers around people’s unique strengths. If you’re looking for your next challenge and a team that values your expertise, you might have just found your new professional home.

You should expect a salary of at least 12,000–18,000 AED per month for a Quantity Surveyor Engineer role with 5+ years of experience in Dubai, especially within established construction and engineering firms.
