About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever imagined launching your mechanical engineering career right in the vibrant heart of Dubai? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Mechanical Engineers ready to put their skills to work in Business Bay—one of the fastest-evolving business districts in the region. Whether you’re already based in the UAE or just arriving with fresh ambition and global experience, here’s a real chance to join a collaborative team where you can grow, innovate, and make your mark from day one.

About the Company

We’re a dynamic, steadily growing firm with a footprint across key sectors in Dubai. In our team, you’ll find professionals from around the world (ask them about their favorite local restaurant—opinions run strong!). We believe in welcoming new ideas, sharing knowledge, and celebrating both big wins and tiny breakthroughs. Our office in Business Bay is buzzing with creativity, enthusiasm, and the occasional friendly debate over coffee about the best engineering hack of the week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborating on the design, analysis, and improvement of mechanical systems across a variety of exciting projects.
  • Preparing technical drawings, blueprints, and calculations that ensure safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams—including architects, electrical engineers, and site contractors—to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Visiting project sites as needed to inspect installations and address technical queries on the ground.
  • Staying on top of documentation and regulatory requirements for projects within the UAE context.
  • Offering creative input at weekly team brainstorms (yes, your ideas are wanted!)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Strong grasp of core engineering principles and ability to put theory into practice.
  • Solid skills in using industry-standard design software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • A collaborative mindset—comfortable taking initiative, but always open to input from others.
  • Ready to relocate to Dubai, or already here and looking for your first local opportunity.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience working on construction, infrastructure, or building services projects (any country counts!).
  • Familiarity with UAE or GCC codes/standards (not mandatory, but handy).
  • Additional languages—Arabic is a bonus, though not expected.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary between AED 6,000–6,500—with regular reviews.
  • Two-year UAE residency visa provided and sponsored, making your transition straightforward.
  • Renewable employment contract for those who want to build a career in the UAE.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage from day one.
  • Support for work permits, legal paperwork, and settling into life in Dubai.
  • A genuinely diverse, international team that will welcome you into friendly office traditions (Friday lunches are a highlight!).
  • Opportunities for professional development and the ability to work on high-profile local projects.
  • Business Bay location—close to metro stations, cafes, and some of Dubai’s best after-work hangouts.

With us, you’ll do more than just engineering—you’ll help shape the skyline of a world-class city. Your new chapter in Dubai awaits!
