What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that works are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.
- Liaising directly with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and on-site labor to keep everyone in sync and progress humming.
- Reading, interpreting, and executing plans, drawings, and specifications with accuracy—no blurry lines here.
- Inspecting completed work and handling site snag lists promptly.
- Managing site documentation (think daily reports, site diaries) to keep everything above board and easy to reference.
- Raising any technical or resource-related issues quickly, offering solutions when possible.
- Making sure site health, safety, and regulatory standards are always followed.
- Supporting new joiners and helping contribute to an open, collaborative site culture—questions are always welcome.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written) for clear site coordination.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time at our Al Quoz locations.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a practical, can-do attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with CAD software or site management tools.
- Prior experience on construction sites overseas or at home.
- Some knowledge of local building codes (but don’t worry, we’ll train you up if not).
