What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily construction site operations right in Business Bay, ensuring projects stay on track
- Interpreting architectural drawings, structural designs, and project specifications with a keen eye for detail
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to foster smooth workflow and safety compliance
- Monitoring project progress, reporting updates, and helping tackle on-site challenges
- Conducting site inspections to ensure work meets our quality standards and adheres to all UAE regulations
- Supporting the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and material estimates as needed
- Offering practical input during team meetings—your expertise matters to us
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related)
- Minimum one year of solid, hands-on experience in civil or construction engineering
- Practical understanding of construction materials, safety standards, and local building codes
- Strong communication and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to be on-site daily and adapt to changing project needs
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with Dubai projects or similar urban environments
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Working knowledge of both English and Arabic
- UAE Driving License
