What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising on-site works to ensure designs are faithfully executed and safety standards are met — you’re the go-to person when the unexpected crops up.
- Reviewing and refining civil engineering drawings and calculations; your keen eye will help us spot issues before they become problems.
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients to keep everyone aligned and projects moving forward smoothly.
- Conducting site visits and preparing technical reports, turning complex findings into clear, actionable steps.
- Contributing to design review meetings — your insights will help us push for smarter, more sustainable solutions.
- Mentoring junior engineers (when you’re up for it), because we believe knowledge grows when it’s shared.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related field)
- 3+ years of experience in supervision, design review, or project coordination within an engineering consultancy
- Solid knowledge of UAE construction codes and standards
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus)
- Detail-oriented approach — you spot things others miss
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with infrastructure projects in Sharjah or Kalba region
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software
- Valid UAE driving license
