If finishing touches and high standards are your calling card, keep reading.
About the Company
Based in Al Qusais II, our construction contracting company is known for its hands-on approach and reputation for turning ambitious projects into inviting homes. We’re still nimble enough that your voice will matter, but established enough to have big plans and great relationships. Our days tend to start early with strong coffee and end with a sense of shared accomplishment. Here, meticulous craftsmanship isn’t just appreciated — it’s expected. We work hard, back each other up, and never underestimate the small details that make a big impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations, with a special focus on high-end villa finishing and ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Managing and coordinating a diverse team of skilled workers — from carpenters to painters — ensuring quality and safety on every job.
- Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, making sure construction aligns with client specs and consultant expectations.
- Planning work schedules, assigning tasks, and keeping everything on track (and on deadline).
- Conducting site inspections and performing quality checks at every stage, not just the final walk-through.
- Acting as the on-site “go-to,” communicating progress and challenges to consultants with professionalism and confidence.
- Resolving day-to-day problems creatively — because no two sites are ever quite the same.
- Assisting with material orders, inventory, and equipment needs, so the team always has what they need to excel.
- Maintaining detailed records; after all, good paperwork can save the day.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of hands-on civil foreman experience in the UAE construction market, including villa finishing and maintenance.

- Proven ability to deliver projects masterfully and impress even the most demanding consultants.
- Technical knowledge of all finishing trades (tiling, painting, carpentry, etc.) and maintenance routines.
- Familiarity with local regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Willingness to undergo (and excel at) a practical test period.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Conversational proficiency in languages besides English or Arabic.
- Previous experience with innovative finishing materials or green building practices.
