About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about what it’s like to help shape the skyline of Dubai? If building things — and building a career — excites you, we’re looking for passionate professionals to join our expanding team in Barsha. Whether you’re a seasoned Site Engineer, a detail-oriented Transport Coordinator, or a hands-on Supervisor, there’s a place for you here (and yes, we mean right now — urgency is the word!). With new projects upcoming, this is a unique moment to jump on board and make an immediate impact.
About the Company
We’re not your run-of-the-mill construction company. Nestled in Barsha, we’ve steadily grown by focusing on quality builds, genuine teamwork, and treating every project — and person — with care. Our crew is a melting pot of experience and fresh energy; think lively tea breaks, impromptu troubleshooting huddles, and Friday post-shift catch-ups that often lead to the next big idea. We live by our word, support our people, and believe progress is best achieved as a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supervisor
- Coordinating on-site activities and making sure deadlines (and safety measures) aren’t just met, but exceeded.
- Monitoring crew performance and stepping in when a pep talk or a problem-solver is needed.
- Liaising with project managers to relay daily progress and snags — think of yourself as both the eyes and ears on site.
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain high quality standards.
- Managing equipment, materials, and schedules with a hands-on approach.
Transport Coordinator
- Overseeing daily vehicle scheduling, making sure materials and teams are where they need to be, right on time.
- Handling relevant paperwork, permits, and keeping logs up to date (your organization skills will shine here).
- Communicating closely with drivers, site supervisors, and supply teams — you’re the bridge.
- Troubleshooting logistics hiccups with a calm, can-do attitude.
- Ensuring the fleet stays safe, maintained, and operational.
Site Engineer
- Reviewing site layouts, plans, and making real-time decisions for best outcomes.
- Supervising construction activities, offering technical guidance, and swiftly solving site issues.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and quality standards — your signature is essentially a stamp of trust.
- Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to keep everyone aligned (and projects on track).
- Preparing daily and weekly reports for project management and client updates.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Relevant work experience in your chosen role — you’ve walked the site, not just read about it!
- Currently inside the UAE and ready to join immediately (the clock is ticking).
- Strong communication skills — English is essential for daily operations and team collaboration.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Construction isn’t always predictable and you’re quick on your feet.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience working in Dubai’s construction sector.
- Working knowledge of Arabic (for those day-to-day site chats).
- Familiarity with construction management software or digital reporting tools.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary packages for every role (AED 3,500 – 8,000, depending on position).
- Company-provided accommodation — no last-minute apartment hunts.
- Transportation included for an easy, stress-free commute.
- Visa and full insurance handled — so you can focus on your job, not paperwork.
- Join a friendly, collaborative team that believes in open communication and genuine support.
- Opportunities for career growth — our projects keep expanding, and so do our people.
- Feel valued for your contribution, not treated like a cog in the wheel.
We’re not just building structures, we’re building careers and community. If you’re ready for hands-on experience and an environment that appreciates hard work, let’s talk soon.
