About the Company
We’re a well-established construction group with deep roots across Dubai’s skyline, known for delivering projects on time and with a genuine focus on quality workmanship. The team here is as diverse as the city itself — you’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with seasoned pros and eager learners alike. Fridays might be for finishing touches, but camaraderie lasts all week long. Our supervisors are approachable, safety is second nature, and there’s always that unique Dubai buzz on site — every day brings something new.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your specialty, here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Steel Fixer: Set out, assemble, and secure steel frameworks and reinforcement, reading detailed blueprints and working closely with foremen.
- Shuttering Carpenter: Build and dismantle custom formwork with accuracy — the backbone for concrete pours, from foundations to columns.
- Plaster/Block/Tile Mason: Apply plasters, lay blocks, or tile surfaces to a high finish, ensuring all work meets our exacting standards.
- Stone & Marble Fixer: Measure, cut, and expertly set stone or marble for flooring, walls, and decorative details.
- Electrician: Install, connect, and test electrical systems safely — wiring up site offices, machinery, or common areas.
- Plumber: Set up and repair water supply lines, sanitation units, and fixtures so everything runs smoothly, on schedule.
- Gypsum Board Installer: Fix, tape, and finish new drywall partitions with a keen eye for evenness and strong, durable seams.
- Painter: Prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply flawless finishes across interiors or exteriors, with a sharp attention to color and detail.
- AC Technician (HVAC): Install and maintain air conditioning systems, ensuring comfort even during Dubai’s hottest months.
Flexibility is part of the job — some days you’ll work as a tight crew, others you’ll be relied on to complete tasks solo.
