About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about what it takes to help shape Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline? We're looking for hands-on, skilled Building Construction Workers to join us in Al Rigga, Dubai. Whether you’re a seasoned Safety Officer, a meticulous Finishing Carpenter, a Pipe Fitter who knows their way around any blueprint, a detail-oriented Electrician, or a Welder with a steady hand—there’s a place for you on our team. With major projects on the horizon and a bustling work environment, now’s a great time to take your next step in the UAE construction industry.

About the Company

We’re a dynamic, growing recruitment agency dedicated to connecting talented tradespeople with the region’s leading construction projects. Our team is a melting pot of backgrounds and experiences—walk into our office and you’ll hear stories from all over the world. Fridays are for sharing a meal and the latest site stories, and we believe that every worker’s contribution truly matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Finishing Carpenter: Interpret plans, install doors, windows, and fixtures, and deliver immaculate finishing touches that make all the difference.
  • Pipe Fitter: Assemble, install, and repair piping systems—reading blueprints and ensuring every joint is leak-free.
  • Electrician: Handle wiring, troubleshoot electrical issues, and ensure compliance with local regulations for safe, reliable power.
  • Welder: Join and fabricate metal structures, perform repairs, and work closely with engineers and carpenters to bring designs to life.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team, support each other on tight deadlines, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
