What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with general construction site duties: moving materials, mixing cement, and prepping work areas
- Operating basic hand and power tools (skilled workers may handle more advanced equipment, depending on experience)
- Supporting masonry, carpentry, or plastering teams as needed
- Following clear instructions from site supervisors to keep projects on track and safe
- Taking part in daily site clean-up routines — everyone helps, no exceptions
- Adhering strictly to safety guidelines and helping your teammates do the same
- Willing to chip in with overtime when projects hit crunch time
- Lending a hand wherever it’s needed — flexibility is key on our sites
