What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your expertise, your day-to-day will include:
- Carrying out skilled electrical, scaffolding, plumbing, welding, or masonry tasks at various job sites
- Diagnosing, repairing, or installing systems and structures safely and efficiently
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings or instructions as needed
- Maintaining and caring for company-provided tools and equipment
- Working closely with team leads and site supervisors to complete assignments on schedule
- Following all health and safety protocols rigorously for your own and others’ well-being
- Pitching in as needed to support fellow tradespeople (because around here, teamwork matters)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in one of the following: electrical work, scaffolding, plumbing, welding, or masonry
- Currently residing inside the UAE, with valid ID or residency documentation
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions in English (other languages a plus)
- Willingness to work shifts or extended hours as projects require
- Positive attitude and commitment to upholding safety and quality standards
Nice-to-Haves:
- Trade license or diploma in your specialty
- Prior experience on large-scale building sites or with international teams
- Multilingual skills
