What You’ll Be Doing
- General Laborers: Assisting in daily construction tasks, material handling, and site clean-up to keep projects running smoothly.
- Plumbers: Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and water systems — accuracy and safety are key.
- Masons: Building and finishing walls, floors, and structures; mixing materials and ensuring quality craftsmanship.
- Carpenters: Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood structures, from formwork to finishings. Precision and teamwork matter here.
- Steel Fixers: Setting and securing steel bars and mesh for concrete reinforcement, following detailed plans and strict safety standards.
- Electricians: Installing and maintaining electrical systems — wiring, lighting, and troubleshooting with a focus on site safety.
- Welders & Fabricators: Joining and shaping metal components for construction use, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring strong, accurate welds.
- Helpers: Supporting skilled workers, managing materials, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the site efficient and safe.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residence in the UAE (all nationalities welcome)
- Hands-on experience in your trade (or strong willingness to learn for helpers)
- Physical fitness and readiness for demanding site work
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on major construction sites in the Gulf region
- Basic English or Hindi/Urdu communication skills
- Relevant trade certifications
