What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting skilled tradesmen with various onsite construction activities
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials as required—expect some solid lifting!
- Helping with site preparation, including basic cleaning and setup of work areas
- Following safety procedures to keep yourself and your crew safe at all times
- Jumping in where needed to keep the project moving forward
- Participating in overtime shifts, particularly during busy project phases
- Communicating any concerns or ideas to supervisors—yes, your voice matters!
- Working as part of a diverse, supportive team across multiple project locations in Al Quoz and Jebel Ali
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Physical fitness and stamina for hands-on construction work
- Passport and ability to work in Dubai (visa arrangements can be discussed)
