What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all daily construction site activities, ensuring each phase moves smoothly from blueprint to reality
- Leading and mentoring site engineers, foremen, and labor teams
- Coordinating seamlessly with subcontractors—solving on-the-spot issues as they arise
- Regularly reviewing project timelines, making real-world adjustments to keep things (and people) on track
- Monitoring site safety standards and environmental compliance, always putting people first
- Inspecting workmanship and materials to safeguard the highest level of construction quality
- Managing resource allocation, deliveries, and work permits so there are no bottlenecks
- Providing regular project updates and honest feedback to leadership and clients
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Solid track record (minimum 5+ years) managing full project lifecycles on residential or commercial sites
- Strong leadership skills: your teams respect both your expertise and your fair, hands-on approach
- Familiarity with Dubai construction codes, permitting, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills—you keep cool under pressure
- Fluent English communication (multilingual a plus, especially Arabic)
