What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day activities of on-site construction crews, ensuring everyone sticks to timeline and quality standards.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new crew members to keep our teams strong and skilled.
- Keeping a close eye on safety—educating staff, conducting toolbox talks, and making sure we always meet (or exceed) regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring team performance; providing feedback, mentorship, and recommendations to help your team succeed.
- Collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to handle scheduling, materials, and any curveballs tossed our way.
- Addressing on-site challenges proactively—troubleshooting delays or conflicts with level-headed solutions.
- Ensuring that all work stays within budget and is delivered on time…because missed deadlines and cost overruns just aren’t our style.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 4–5 years of proven experience supervising construction sites, preferably in a commercial/urban environment.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices (especially within the UAE).
- Exceptional leadership and people-management skills—able to motivate and support a diverse crew.
- The ability to prioritize, manage multiple moving parts, and meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Comfortable using basic site technology and reporting tools.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus for our multicultural team.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Business Bay building codes and local vendors.
- Previous experience in recruiting and training field teams.
