Introduction

Looking for a construction supervisor role where your leadership skills genuinely move things forward? At our dynamic office in Business Bay, Dubai, we’re on the hunt for someone who thrives on deadlines and can keep a crew running like clockwork. If you find satisfaction in turning blueprints into reality while ensuring your team works safely and efficiently, you just might be the perfect fit. This is a chance to play a key role in our growing company and see Dubai’s skyline change before your eyes—thanks in part to your work.

About the Company

We're a close-knit construction firm that’s made its mark on some of the most exciting projects in Business Bay. Our team is a mix of seasoned pros and fresh faces, united by a shared commitment to quality and teamwork. While we take our work seriously, you’ll find plenty of camaraderie, open-door conversations with management, and more than a few jokes traded over morning site briefings. We’re invested in both our buildings and our people—the kind of place where good ideas are welcomed no matter where they come from, and growth is more than just a buzzword.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day activities of on-site construction crews, ensuring everyone sticks to timeline and quality standards.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new crew members to keep our teams strong and skilled.
  • Keeping a close eye on safety—educating staff, conducting toolbox talks, and making sure we always meet (or exceed) regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring team performance; providing feedback, mentorship, and recommendations to help your team succeed.
  • Collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to handle scheduling, materials, and any curveballs tossed our way.
  • Addressing on-site challenges proactively—troubleshooting delays or conflicts with level-headed solutions.
  • Ensuring that all work stays within budget and is delivered on time…because missed deadlines and cost overruns just aren’t our style.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • At least 4–5 years of proven experience supervising construction sites, preferably in a commercial/urban environment.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices (especially within the UAE).
  • Exceptional leadership and people-management skills—able to motivate and support a diverse crew.
  • The ability to prioritize, manage multiple moving parts, and meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • Comfortable using basic site technology and reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus for our multicultural team.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Business Bay building codes and local vendors.
  • Previous experience in recruiting and training field teams.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring junior staff and sharing your knowledge.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, on-time pay with clear overtime policies.
  • Support for professional development—industry training, site safety courses, and more.
  • Tight-knit, supportive team; you’re never just a number here.
  • Modern projects with visible impact on the Dubai landscape.
  • Regular team lunches, end-of-project celebrations, and management that genuinely listens.
  • Convenient, central location in Business Bay—close to major transit and plenty of great lunch spots.
  • Transparent career growth opportunities for those who want to take their leadership further.

We care about people as much as our projects. Join us, and help shape a better-built future in Dubai.
