What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting a variety of construction projects, from foundations to finishing work, as part of a close and hard-working crew
- Operating basic tools and machinery, or learning on the job if you’re new to construction
- Assisting skilled tradespeople — think electricians, masons, carpenters — and picking up valuable skills along the way
- Transporting materials to different parts of the site to keep the workflow smooth
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, following safety protocols that protect everyone
- Reporting any equipment needs or site issues to supervisors promptly
- Adapting to new tasks as project needs change — in construction, no two days are quite the same
What You’ll Bring
