What You’ll Be Doing
- Foreman:
- Oversee daily site operations, coordinating workers and reporting progress to management.
- Ensure teams follow safety protocols and project timelines.
- Scaffolder:
- Assemble, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding as per safety standards.
- Inspect structures daily for stability.
- Plumber:
- Install and repair piping systems, ensuring water supply and drainage systems meet requirements.
- Troubleshoot and fix leaks or blockages—often on the go.
- Mason:
- Lay bricks, stones, and other materials according to plan, with a craftsman’s eye for detail.
- Mix and apply mortar; repair existing structures as needed.
- Welder:
- Weld steel and metal components for buildings and scaffolding.
- Interpret blueprints and work closely with the site team to meet deadlines.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in your chosen trade (Foreman, Scaffolder, Plumber, Mason, or Welder).
- Currently based inside the UAE.
- Willingness to start immediately.
- Basic understanding of safety practices on construction sites.
- Reliable, hardworking attitude and ability to work as part of a diverse team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Ability to communicate in Hindi, Arabic, or English.
- Multiple trade skills or flexibility to take on extra tasks.
- Previous experience on large-scale sites in the Gulf region.
