What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with day-to-day construction activities alongside a skilled, safety-conscious team
  • Handling materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to keep the workflow smooth
  • For masons: Laying bricks, blocks, and stonework with precision and care
  • For carpenters: Measuring, cutting, and installing wooden frameworks, doors, and partitions
  • For steel fixers: Bending, tying, and installing rebar and steel mesh as per project specifications
  • For electricians: Running wires, installing fixtures, and ensuring safe, code-compliant connections
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area—even when the dust starts flying
  • Adhering to all safety protocols, because everyone goes home safe here
  • Pitching in wherever needed—sometimes it’s lifting, sometimes it’s problem-solving
  • Being ready to work overtime when the project needs it (with overtime pay, of course)

What You’ll Bring

  • Physical fitness and stamina for working outdoors in Dubai’s climate
  • Willingness to start immediately and commit to the project schedule
  • Experience in construction (general labor, masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, or electrical work) is a big plus, but we welcome fast learners
