About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about building something that will stand tall for years to come? We're on the lookout for hardworking construction workers to join a major project right here in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Whether you’re experienced with bricks, beams, or wiring—or just ready to roll up your sleeves and get moving—this is your chance to be part of something big. With work starting right away, we’re seeking folks who are as reliable as they are ready to hit the ground running.

About the Company

We’re a dedicated recruitment partner for some of Dubai’s leading construction ventures, and our team is known for getting things done with energy and integrity—no shortcuts, just honest work. Our crew is a diverse bunch, with people from all over, and there’s a real sense of camaraderie on the worksite. You’ll notice it in the way we look out for each other, share a laugh over lunch, and celebrate milestones (big and small) together. The pace is fast, but the support is real—if you’re the type who appreciates straightforward communication and a team that’s got your back, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with day-to-day construction activities alongside a skilled, safety-conscious team
  • Handling materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to keep the workflow smooth
  • For masons: Laying bricks, blocks, and stonework with precision and care
  • For carpenters: Measuring, cutting, and installing wooden frameworks, doors, and partitions
  • For steel fixers: Bending, tying, and installing rebar and steel mesh as per project specifications
  • For electricians: Running wires, installing fixtures, and ensuring safe, code-compliant connections
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area—even when the dust starts flying
  • Adhering to all safety protocols, because everyone goes home safe here
  • Pitching in wherever needed—sometimes it’s lifting, sometimes it’s problem-solving
  • Being ready to work overtime when the project needs it (with overtime pay, of course)

What You’ll Bring

  • Physical fitness and stamina for working outdoors in Dubai’s climate
  • Willingness to start immediately and commit to the project schedule
  • Experience in construction (general labor, masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, or electrical work) is a big plus, but we welcome fast learners
  • Basic understanding of site safety and team cooperation
  • For skilled roles: Relevant experience or certification in your trade
  • Positive attitude—no task is too small, no challenge too big

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive basic salary (AED 1200–1800/month) plus overtime pay
  • Company-provided accommodation—rest easy after a hard day’s work
  • Immediate start—no long waiting period, just jump right in
  • Supportive site team—you’ll never feel like just another number
  • Opportunities to learn a trade or grow your skills with hands-on experience
  • International, welcoming crew—work with people from all walks of life
  • On-site management that values safety, effort, and reliability

We know construction can be tough, but with the right team, every day is a step toward something lasting—and you’ll have the support you need along the way. (Please note: As with many recruitment agencies, a job application fee applies for processing your application.)
