What You’ll Be Doing
- Lending your skills as a General Laborer, Mason, Steel Fixer, Carpenter, Electrician or Plumber Helper, Painter, or Site Cleaner—fitting into the crew where you’re best.
- Assisting with daily construction tasks, from mixing cement and carrying materials to cleaning up and prepping workspaces.
- Reading and following instructions from supervisors and collaborating with teammates to meet project targets.
- Moving, arranging, cutting, installing, or fixing according to your area of expertise—because no two days are exactly alike.
- Helping keep the site safe, tidy, and organized—everyone pitches in.
- Learning on the job, picking up new techniques, and sharing what you know with fellow workers.
- Supporting skilled tradespeople—whether it’s handing tools, measuring, or making sure they have what they need to do their best work.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience, even if it’s just a few months, in your trade (labor, masonry, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Physically fit and capable of working on your feet throughout the shift.
- Willingness to follow safety standards and company rules.
- Team spirit and a good attitude—worksites can be demanding, but you’re ready for it.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (it’s Dubai, after all).
- Ability to start soon and provide any documentation needed for visa processing.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on large construction projects in the UAE.
- Basic English or Hindi/Urdu communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety gear and site protocols.
