About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself building the landmarks of tomorrow—and doing it in the vibrant heart of Dubai? We're urgently looking for hands-on, talented construction professionals in Al Karama. Whether you're a skilled supervisor, plumber, scaffolder, welder, or mason, this is your chance to join a team that doesn’t just put up walls, but shapes the very skyline! With steady work, valuable perks, and a multicultural crew, this opportunity is perfect for those looking to grow and make their mark.

About the Company

We're a fast-paced, people-first recruitment agency connecting talented workers to major Dubai construction projects. Our clients count on us to deliver hardworking individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship. Think of us as a kind of extended family—one that celebrates successes (big and small), helps you settle into the city, and sometimes debates where to find the best karak chai nearby. Here, diversity isn’t a buzzword—it’s who we are, and the worksite reflects it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Construction Supervisor: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, workflow, and team coordination. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and keeping things on track.
  • Plumber: Install, repair, and maintain piping systems. From new fitouts to emergency fixes, your skills will keep the water running and the job site moving.
  • Scaffolder: Assemble and dismantle scaffolding with a focus on safety, stability, and supporting the rest of the trades team efficiently.
  • Welder: Cut, join, and fabricate metal structures—your precision and technical know-how will ensure not just strength, but security.
  • Mason: Lay bricks, concrete, and stones with a craftsman’s touch, shaping the visible (and invisible) structures that make projects last.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams onsite and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Communicate any issues or ideas to your supervisor—initiative is valued here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Relevant experience in your field (supervisor, plumbing, scaffolding, welding, or masonry)
  • Currently based inside the UAE (all nationalities welcome!)
  • Basic ability to communicate in English or Hindi/Urdu to coordinate with the team
  • Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious
  • Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when projects demand

Nice-to-Haves

  • UAE experience in the construction sector
  • Knowledge of additional languages
  • Certified training in your specialty area

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Salary range: AED 2000 – AED 4500 depending on your role and experience
  • Free visa sponsorship—we’ll handle the paperwork, so you can focus on the work
  • Fully covered accommodation—no need to worry about finding a place to stay
  • Comprehensive medical insurance—your health matters to us
  • Active, welcoming team environment that respects hard work, safety, and camaraderie
  • Steady stream of projects with opportunities to learn and upskill
  • A truly international crew with a shared sense of purpose

Ready to build something great? Here, you’re not just a worker—you’re part of a community that values your skills, effort, and ambition.
