About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Looking for Your Next Hands-On Role in Dubai?

If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy seeing the tangible results of a hard day’s work, we have an opportunity you won’t want to miss. We’re adding talented Craftsmen—Carpenters, Painters, Electricians, and Plumbers—to our skilled team in the heart of Al Quoz, Dubai. Whether your specialty is fine joinery, intricate wiring, a perfectly smooth wall, or leak-free pipework, this role lets you shine where your skills matter most. Curious about a workplace that actually values your hands-on experience? Let's dive in.

About Us

At our company, skill and reliability go hand-in-hand. We’re a close-knit crew—large enough to work on diverse, exciting projects, small enough that everyone’s input is noticed. Our work environment is down-to-earth, supportive, and rooted in teamwork: impromptu chai breaks are the norm, and you’ll often find teammates swapping tips and celebrating a job well done together. We thrive on high standards, take safety seriously, and never lose sight of the satisfaction that comes from quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking ownership of repairs and maintenance tasks in your specialized trade—carpentry, painting, electrical, or plumbing.
  • Carefully reading project briefs or blueprints, asking questions if anything isn’t clear.
  • Measuring, cutting, wiring, or mixing with precision—always aiming for a flawless finish.
  • Adhering to established safety protocols to keep both yourself and your colleagues safe on every project.
  • Troubleshooting issues on the spot, coming up with creative, effective solutions to keep things moving smoothly.
  • Keeping your workspace—no matter how big or small—tidy, organized, and ready for the next challenge.
  • Collaborating with team members from other trades to ensure each project is completed on time and meets quality standards.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Living in the UAE, ready to work in Dubai (Al Quoz).
  • Hands-on experience in at least one relevant trade: carpentry, painting, electrical, or plumbing.
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety, and a genuine commitment to best practices.
  • Proven reliability—you’re the person colleagues count on to get things done right.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in construction sites or general building maintenance.
  • Familiarity with different tools and materials, and an eagerness to learn new techniques.
  • Ability to communicate in English or Arabic for easy teamwork.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation that values your real-world skills.
  • Consistent working hours—plus genuine appreciation for getting jobs done right, not just fast.
  • Supportive team environment where you’re never just a number.
  • Opportunities to learn from colleagues in different trades and expand your expertise.
  • A workplace culture built on respect, safety, and pride in quality work.
  • On-site refreshments and a friendly, approachable management team who listen.

If you’re looking for a stable role where your trade is respected—and your work makes a visible impact—this could be the home you’ve been searching for. We can’t wait to welcome the right craftspeople into our crew.
