What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of repairs and maintenance tasks in your specialized trade—carpentry, painting, electrical, or plumbing.
- Carefully reading project briefs or blueprints, asking questions if anything isn’t clear.
- Measuring, cutting, wiring, or mixing with precision—always aiming for a flawless finish.
- Adhering to established safety protocols to keep both yourself and your colleagues safe on every project.
- Troubleshooting issues on the spot, coming up with creative, effective solutions to keep things moving smoothly.
- Keeping your workspace—no matter how big or small—tidy, organized, and ready for the next challenge.
- Collaborating with team members from other trades to ensure each project is completed on time and meets quality standards.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Living in the UAE, ready to work in Dubai (Al Quoz).
- Hands-on experience in at least one relevant trade: carpentry, painting, electrical, or plumbing.
- Solid understanding of workplace safety, and a genuine commitment to best practices.
- Proven reliability—you’re the person colleagues count on to get things done right.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in construction sites or general building maintenance.
- Familiarity with different tools and materials, and an eagerness to learn new techniques.
- Ability to communicate in English or Arabic for easy teamwork.
